The air-conditioned double room at Max House was fantastic! It had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a coffee maker, and a cozy seating area. The city views from the room were absolutely stunning. I felt like I was living in luxury!
The shared bathroom in the double room was not my favorite. It had a shower, but I personally prefer having a private bathroom.

The value for money at this hotel is fantastic, especially for a single room. I managed to get a great rate in an area where prices are usually higher. Another great aspect is the location, very close to Termini train station, making it easy to reach the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private bathroom. Also, the breakfast included was a typical Italian cappuccino and croissant, just what I needed to start my day exploring the city.
No improvements needed - everything was fine.

I felt like a real explorer discovering Rome's attractions in under 20 minutes by metro. The free continental breakfast fuelled my adventures. The hotel even had safety features like a fire extinguisher, because apparently, Rome can get hot.
Who needs privacy in a shared bathroom? It's so much fun when someone unexpectedly walks in on you while you're busy.

The breakfast at the nearby cafe was decent, and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and tidy, while the shared bathroom was well-maintained. The location of the place was quite central and easily accessible.
The noise level was unbearable and made it difficult to sleep; even with earplugs, the constant disruptions were too much to handle. Additionally, the bed was uncomfortable and left us with back pain. our Christmas experience at the hotel was disappointing and not worth the price we paid.
